Published in The Phoenix Comic (Oxford, UK) in 2013 and 2014, Kit and Clay follows the lives of a cat and dog, who appear to be ordinary pets living normal lives in a small house in England. When these unlikely companions team up even the most boring tasks become extraordinary adventures. Kit is a know-it-all cat whose just a bit too sure of herself, and Clay is a happy-go-lucky dog who will do anything in the pursuit of having a good time. Together, they’ve dug for treasure in the backyard, turned a museum into their personal playground, and caught more then they were bargaining for while fishing for dinner. No matter what sort of trouble they get into, they always figure out a solution using Kit’s smarts and Clay’s unlimited enthusiasm. Throughout it all the pair develop an improbable friendship. Who know what sort of mischief they’ll get into next?
